20200914 – Cannington Monday

REXINA (Cutting Edge- Fortune Of Time) used plenty of the track from box 8 before scoring her Maiden victory. The Luke Garbutt trained bitch scored by 3 1/2 lengths over En Passant in 16.32.

STYLISH RAGE (Fernando Bale- Tweed Chic) led throughout over the 275 metres to record her first win at Head Quarters. The Brad Cook trained bitch scored by a half length over Charos Thief in 16.15.

SCAR HOOK (Dyna Double One- Peking Tux) scored a strong one length win over Pad Up Richie in a PB 16.29. The Phillip Worthington trained bitch has now won two of her past 3 starts after having only once from her first 30 career starts.

20200907 – Cannington Monday

ONE EYE BLINK (Fernando Bale- Unapologetic) was able to work to the lead going off the back straight before scoring his Maiden win in 16.15. Recently transferred to the care of Victoria Cook, the well supported favourite defeated Cash Back by 1 1/4 lengths.

ELSIE TUX (Fabregas- Proven Katie) was able to hold off Not Quite Goldie by a head in 16.27. The Barry McPherson trained bitch has now won twice from 6 starts over the 275 metres.

WAGTAIL PIRI (Fabregas- Aella) crossed from box 7 and caused a major upset defeating Harkle and Charos Special, who dead heated for second, by 1 1/2 lengths. The Peter Glenny trained bitch was having her 50th career start and the win was her 6th.

20200831 – Cannington Monday

BELL LAP MOMENT (Ando’s Mac- Nana’s Habit) led from her inside draw and raced away for a 3 1/2 length Maiden win in 16.17. The blue fawn bitch only recently joined the care of Phil Worthington’s kennel after being injured at her most recent start.

NEOLITHIC (Thirty Talks- Ess Bee) was able to lead from box 1 and at her second career start won her Maiden by a length over Pad Up Tilly in 16.41. The Lewis Clay trained youngster had little luck on debut behind Hungry Hippy the week before.

FABRAOAK (Oaks Road- Fabralo) found the lead after the favourite Lookout Snickers went a miss and went on to score a 1 1 /4 length win over All About Paige in 16.32. The Rod Noden trained bitch scored just her second win over the distance.

20200824 – Cannington Monday

HUNGRY HIPPY (Invictus Rapid- Paula To Excite) crossed the field from box 6 and scored a 5 length Maiden victory on debut in 16.40. The black bitch was transferred into the kennels of Victoria Cook after having one qualifying trial in June where she had finished third behind Recall Express.

RUNAWAY NURSE (Collision- Dyna Runa) was well supported before scoring her first win in WA for trainer Lewis Clay. The black bitch held off Hashtagged by a half length in 16.28. She was a Maiden winner in Victoria before heading West.

AKALI (Fernando Bale- Quiet Brilliant) is racing in outstanding form with her third win recorded from her past 4 starts. The former NSW trained bitch was transferred across to Luke Garbutt In July and ran a Pb at her past start in 15.93. The black bitch defeated Curium by half a length in 16.00.

20200810 – Cannington Monday

SCARY FUN (Fernando Bale- Jamaica The Fun) after being slowly away was able to circle the field and race away for a convincing Maiden victory. The Lexia Isaac trained bitch scored by 4 lengths over Pad Up Tilly in 16.42.

JUST A MAV (Shoulders- Just A Champ) ended a losing sequence of 44 starts and recorded just his second career win in 61 starts with a 2 1/4 length win over Kylie’s Crown in 16.35. The Max Julien trained dog had been placed at his past 4 starts.

PANACEA (Fabregas- Perfect Poison) gave Max Julien a race to race double with a half length victory over Mallee Girl in 16.36. The black bitch had been placed at 3 of her past 5 starts and with the luck going her way was able to record her third career win.
