ABOUT TO ROCK (Spring Gun- Shine Again Yen) transferred to part owner and now trainer Nathan Iwanyk’s care after his heat win, went on to score a brilliant win from box 1 in the final of the Prime Trophies Spring Gift. Part owner and former trainer Phil Gough was happy for Iwanyk to take the accolades after the win in a PB 27.32. The brindle dog defeated Cobra Clutch by 3/4 length and has now won 21 times from 42 career starts.

HORLICKS (Elite State- Karchada) recorded back to back wins from an awkward draw for trainer John Edwards. In his past 4 starts the fawn dog hasn’t finished further back than second and recorded his first win from box 6 in 22.96.

NEVER IN KANSAS (Barcia Bale- Not In Kansas) showed his brilliance was he railed underneath the leader Tamaar Tux going down the back straight before drawing away in the home straight to win by 5 lengths in a PB 27.64. The Christine Robartson trained bitch has won 4 of her past 6 starts.
