“Nurse Daisy wins maiden for Boom Chasers Syndicate”

Nurse Daisy is a black 27kg bitch by Victorian based sire Velocette and is out of former speedster Nurse Trina. Nurse Trina won 25 of 108 career starts and was raced in WA by the Boom Chasers Syndicate. Eleven of those victories resulted over 405m at Mandurah, the distance daughter Nurse Daisy scored over tonight. Nurse Daisy is also owned by the Boom Chasers Syndicate and after a fair getaway tonight worked to the lead in the middle stages. Turning for home she was challenged by Aeroplane Benny but found plenty in the run to the line to win by a length in 23.17. She looks set for a bright career for trainer Jen Thompson and will improve further from an inside alley. The Boom Chasers Syndicate has owned countless winners and some of their best dogs include Drama Muma, Sniper’s Shot, Shaft, Tommy Tomahawk, Lotza Talent and Topline Beaver.

Race 5 Number 6 SLEEP AGAIN : Showed early dash again and continues to race in career best form.

Race 7 Number 2 FAULKNER : Hit the line strongly and looks ready to win.
