Thunder Rama strikes for his 29th career win

WA chasing stalwart Thunder Rama dominated his rivals in tonight’s Prime Trophies Masters Final over 405m. The doyen of WA greyhound racing began cleanly before out-mustering his opposition and then winning in a fast time of 22.62. The son of Hallucinate was having his 115th race start and despite not having won in 2016 started an equal favourite from box four basically on his reputation alone. He didn’t let his backers down and his record now stands at an amazing 29 wins and 47 minor placings with earnings of over $162,000. The South Yunderup based Jabba Da Pup finished second and the Harrisdale prepared Premier Fun ran third. Thunder Rama is owned by D Kerr, C Higgins and M Hore and is trained out of Nambeelup by John Iwanyk.

HOUNDS TO FOLLOW :

RACE 3 NUMBER 7 JABBA DA PUP : Ran on boldly to be the runner up behind Thunder Rama and clocked the time of 22.75.

RACE 4 NUMBER 7 BOLD INTENTION : Finished like a rocket to reel in Astronomize and his time of 27.30 was simply brilliant.
