LIL BIT WARPED (Vanderworp-Sara Monelli) ran down the leader Imperial Sash and scored a 2 1/2 length win over All About Stone in 30.02. The David Hobby trained youngster has now won 3 times from 13 starts and doesn’t turn two years of age until January.
CRYPTO MONELLI (Fernando Bale- Penny Monelli) was able to land in front of the favourite Couch Surfer early and then held him off to win by 3/4 length in 35.08. The Morgan Turner trained dog recently returned to the track and has won 3 of 4 runs since returning.
WEST ON NUGGET ( Tommy Shelby-West On Violet) recovered from a slow start before racing away from his rivals to win by 4 1/2 lengths in 42.56. The Chris Halse trained dog has now won twice from 3 tries since stepping up to the 715 metres.
KING TOMMY (Tommy Shelby-West On Violet) jumped well and quickly took control of the opening heat of the Anniversary Cup winning by 6 1/4 lengths in 29.76. The Chris Halse trained dog reversed the result of the Mandurah Cup when he defeated Hinto in 29.76.

CONCORD GUNDI (Zack Monelli-Aeroplane Monnie) jumped well from his wide draw and was able to run down the leader Surely to win by 1 3/4 lengths in 22.69. The Geoff Reid chaser was on debut after having been placed in two recent trials.
LEVI BLAZER (Mepunga Blazer-Kingsbrae Tull) led throughout from box 1 defeating Send It Bella by 1 3/4 lengths in 22.41. The Dave Brown trained youngster was on debut having won a trial the previous week.
SUNSET PEPE (Sunset Spitfire- Sunset Octavia) led from his outside draw and was able to put up a margin down the back straight that his rivals couldn’t catch. The David Hobby trained dog was placed from an inside draw the week before. He defeated Toad by 1 1/2 lengths in 30.29.

STORM ALERT (Premium Share-Corporate Storm) worked up to the leaders coming around the home corner before recording just his second win in 16 starts. The Christine Robartson trained youngster had been racing consistently with 2 seconds from his past 3 starts.
SPIDER VENOM (Zambora Brockie-Feelin’ Alright) flew up along the rails to nail the leader Golden Chopstick right on the line and win by a nose in 30.57. The Enzo Crudeli trained dog recorded his 8th win and took his stake earnings past $54,000.
PENNY MAGIC (Fernando Bale-Joybell Magic) held off all the challengers after leading throughout to win by a half head over dead heaters Hurricane Taylor and Wooden Hands in 35.35. The Michael Johnston trained bitch recorded back to back victories in scoring the narrow win.
COUCH SURFER (Fernando Bale-Deluxe Model) had to dig deep to record his 6 th consecutive win over the 715 metres. The Chris Halse trained chaser was headed by his kennel mate West On Nugget mid race before railing through to win by 1 3/4 lengths in 42.45.

YUNDERUP THORN (Unlawful Entry-Yunderup Lauren) broke through for her first win with a 4 3/4 length victory over Mustard De Jong in 22.47. The win gave trainer Michael Rylands the first leg of a winning double. The Canning Vale trainer also saluted with Yunderup Sky (My Redeemer-Yunderup Dip) who climbed over the back of his rivals to score a 1 1/4 length Maiden victory over Gold Jerry Gold in 22.49.
SUNSET FRAZIER (Sunset Spitfire-Sunset Octavia) crossed from box 5 and raced clear of his rivals before scoring by 1 3/4 lengths over Sad Emoji in 30.04. The David Hobby trained dog had finished third on debut the week before in 30.28.
CUBIT MONELLI (Barcia Bale-Penny Monelli) led throughout over the 520 metres and defeated kennel mate Sunset Comanche by 3 1/2 lengths in a PB 29.42. The David Hobby youngster is a repeat mating to his former star Gr 1 winner Zack Monelli and looks to have plenty of ability.

HELLO I’M SASSY (HELLO I’M LEO x SMURF) returned to the winners list with an easy 3 1/2L win over EXTREMELY SMOOTH in 16.13 a new PB. For trainer Ben Maclean it was win 206 for the calendar year. Ben also bred and trained the sire HELLO I’M LEO, who held the 380m track record for a number of years.
HUEY BLUE (TUREAUD x WANDY CARLA) recorded win 22 from start 120. Whelped in February 2018 making him just over 5 and a half years old. Formerly trained by the late Billy Choules, the blue dog ended a losing sequence of 23 with his last win over a year ago, back in early November.
REGGAE DANCE (FERNANDO BALE x PRINCESS PATTI) the small 23kg bitch, recorded her 2nd win after just 3 stars. She won her maiden at Northam in 17.59 over the 297m. The way she took control of the race from start to finish, the winning time of 16.09 suggests that she has a bright future over the short course trips.

GHOST EMOJI (Sunset Spitfire-Corona Monelli) was able to find the lead and easily defeat his rivals, scoring by 3 1/2 lengths over Drifter in 30.05. The David Hobby trained youngster doesn’t turn two years of age until February and has now won twice from 9 starts.
ALL ABOUT COAL (Zack Monelli-Camelia Monelli) recorded a smart first up win over the 600 metres after leading from box 7. The David Hobby dog began well from his wide draw and appreciated being on the arm even though he tired a little near the line to win by a length in 35.18.
WEST ON NUGGET ( Tommy Shelby-West On Violet) recorded a first up win over the 715 metres after he worked past Mixed Dozen the first time around before scoring a 1 3/4 length victory over Sunset Louie in 42.17. The Chris Halse trained chaser had promised that he had staying ability with his recent form over the 600 metres.
ALDEN MONELLI (Orson Allen-Leisel Monelli) crossed and led from box 5 before holding on to win by a neck over Bunji Man in 30.43. The Morgan Turner trained dog had been racing well at Northam before switching back to the city track for his first win over the 520 metres.
POP’S POCKET (My Redeemer-Star Jake) was able to cross from her wide draw and upset her litter sister Augusta Star and record her Maiden victory on debut. The Rod Noden trained bitch won by 3 1/4 lengths in 22.59.
SHAKE THE DREAM ( Knocka Norris-Magic Hornet) recorded her second career win with a nose victory over Shinboner Twist in 16.63. The May Leach trained bitch had been racing without luck at Northam and appreciated the returns to Cannington, ending a losing sequence of 14 starts in the process.
EXTREME RIP (Worm Burner- Xtreme Gift) need a losing sequence of 20 when he worked across from box 7 and then took the lead going off the back straight. The Shayne Williams trained bitch defeated Wizard’s Delight by 5 lengths in 22.07.

DUECES ARE WILD (Hooked On Scotch-Winsome April) recorded back to back victories as he also crossed from a wide draw and missing the trouble on the first corner landed a length win over Thai Surprise in 16.58. The Philip Worthington trained dog had won once from his first 45 starts before putting consecutive victories together.
RAINBOW ROSIE (Fernando Bale-Deluxe Model) caused an upset when she defeated the odds on favourite Good As Hell by a half length in a PB 22.28. The Trudi Mitchem trained bitch recorded her first win at Cannington at her 6th start at the track.
