“Ohtani Express remains unbeaten for Lewis Clay”

Talented youngster Ohtani Express overcame box six to take out tonight’s Tommy Shelby At Stud Provincial Novice over 400m. The son of Feral Franky won his first start three weeks ago by eight lengths and recorded a highly promising time of 22.39. Last Tuesday he overcame traffic problems to win again in 22.83 over Sunset Silence. Tonight he began cleanly and took the lead before halfway and then glided to victory, winning by three lengths in 22.36. Ohtani Express’s mother Bumpy Black was an excellent chaser in her own right winning 27 races from 77 starts in NSW and QLD. Her first litter produced some awesome chasers like She’s A Bumpy (23 wins), Bumpy Blue (14 wins), Tasty Snack (11 wins) and Bumpy Gold (11 wins).
