ASTON RULER ((Fernando Bale-Aston Rhone) led throughout over the 601 metres to take out the opening race on the program. The Kody Charles trained dog had recently finished second behind Miss Envy in a heat of the Paradise Street Trophy which proved a very good form line for this race. The white and brindle dog defeated Take My Advice by 1 3/4 lengths in 34.91.

TATTOOED BEAST (Beast Unleashed-Fast Wheels) showed speed from his wide draw and once crossing and finding the fence was net headed winning by 1 1/4 lengths over Queen Of Kuna in 30.10. The Paul Stuart trained dog has recorded all of his 6 career wins from the wide draws, having not won from 6 starts inside of box 5.

JUST A PIASTRI (Tommy Shelby-West On Violet) led throughout in the final of the Listed Greyhounds WA the Westchase. The win gave trainer Chris Halse his seventh victory in the WA bred series and again denied David Hobby, who had five runners in the final, of a win in the series. The Blue dog defeated Sunset Caligula by 1 1/2 lengths in 30.01.

JUST A MENACE ( Tommy Shelby-Deluxe Model) recovered from a moderate beginning to rail through and find the lead going into the back straight. The Chris Halse trained dog then held off the challengers to win by 3/4 of a length over Shadow Reaper in 35.15.
