“Neon Fury takes out the 300m Free For All for Shane Beard”

Rejuvenated sprinter Neon Fury overcame box eight to win tonight’s Get Your Quaddie On Free For All over 300m. The daughter of Aston Rupee surged around her rivals to win in 17.26 and defeat Daintree Pearl by just over a length. Neon Fury has been in tremendous form for Nambeelup based trainer Shane Beard, winning 7 of her last 12 starts over short distances. In January she posted a very quick 17.04 from box two and tonight’s run suggests there are many more wins in store. The victory provided Beard with a race to race double after Aston Crema won the previous race over 400m. Beard has enjoyed lots of success in the past with the likes of Mindoro Miss, Franc Monelli, Octane Attack, Hello I’m Donny and Bracton.
