“Stu McFly bolts in over 400m”

The Gary Nelson prepared sprinter Stu McFly overcame box six to win tonight’s Sires On Ice Provincial 4/5 over 400m. The son of Vanderworp began well (for his standards) and settled second at the first turn, outside leader and favourite Let Me Cook. At the half way mark he leveled up and turning for home took over in grand style. Then in the home straight powered clear to salute by four lengths in a sizzling time of 22.31. Let Me Cook held second and half a length away was the fast finishing West On Tapper. Stu McFly chalked up his seventeenth career victory, all of which have resulted at the Mandurah venue. He is from an amazing litter (Vanderworp x Aurora Maya) that consists of Surf The Sun (31 wins), Timmy Tesla (12 wins), Max Capacity (10 wins), Cabin Crew (10 wins), Action Shot (8 wins) and Dancing Dawn (7 wins).
