“Scarlett’s Boy wins yet again for Enzo Crudeli”

The Enzo Crudeli prepared Scarlett’s Boy chalked up his fifth successive win tonight, powering home to score in a photo finish. The son of Aston Rupee only managed 2 wins from his first 35 starts but has improved sharply over the last month, winning 5 out of 5. His amazing run kicked off at Cannington on December 17 when he led throughout over 520m against City Novice company. He has followed with four triumphs over the 488m journey at Mandurah and tonight posted 27.77 after settling fourth at the first turn. He is owned by Robbie Brankstone who has enjoyed plenty of success in the past as an owner and also a trainer. Brankstone’s biggest owning moment in greyhound racing was the 2017 Perth Cup when Equanimity prevailed.
