“Manx Magic rails to victory for Chris Halse”

Manx Magic is two years and three months old and tonight won as an odds on favourite from box one over 400m. The son of Goodesy pushed through on the inside at the first turn and quickly overtook leader Zatara Mac before zooming away to score by four lengths. Outsider Jayde McCool ran on well for second and two lengths away third was Zatara Mac. Manx Magic has now won 2 of 10 and tonight’s time (22.79) suggests he will be winning again very soon. His mother Tear Town was lightly raced in New South Wales and Victoria where she won just four races. However Tear Town is a full sister to champion stayer Tornado Tears (earned over $1 million), Rippin’ Sam ($345,000) and Fernando Express ($103,000).

HOUNDS TO FOLLOW :

Race 2 Number 4 PARADISE PERON : Had no luck throughout but kept battling away, will win in the same grade very soon.

Race 3 Number 2 JAYDE MCCOOL : Rarely wins but ran another excellent minor placing, keep following from a rough place perspective.
