“Eramosa leads throughout for Ben MacLean”

Former NSW based speedster Eramosa made light work of tonight’s opening event, the Free Entry TABtouch Park Country Maiden over 300m. He ran second at his last two starts in NSW over 320m at Richmond before debuting in WA with a fading second over 400m at Mandurah. Tonight he dropped to 300m and was well supported into a $1.50 favourite from box three. The son of Fernando Bale scampered to the front and set up a big lead before winning by two lengths. Zatara Storm motored home out wide for Ricky Walton to be the runner up and three lengths away third was the Ben MacLean trained Aussie Collins. Eramosa is the American Indian word for ‘black dog’ and with his excellent early speed is going to lead and win many races.

HOUNDS TO FOLLOW :

Race 1 Number 2 ZATARA STORM : Rocketed home out wide to run a bold second and will be winning very soon.

Race 4 Number 6 ZEZE GOLD : Provided Dardanup trainer Ricky Walton with a double when she overpowered Rocking Roma over 300m.
