“Szyslak wins Provincial Novice for Jesse and Kayla Erenshaw”

Honest sprinter Szyslak overcame box eight to take out tonight’s Tommy Shelby At Stud Provincial Novice over 488m. The son of Bernardo had been a runner up at 3 of his previous 4 starts and broke through for a deserved victory this evening. He took over with 200m to go and dashed clear in the front straight to win by two lengths over Unjust and Snappy Snacker. Szyslak is from a litter of eight and seven of them have already won a race. Pat Card (6 wins), Cowboy Carter (4 wins) and Gold Miner (5 wins) are the siblings that show the most promise.

HOUNDS TO FOLLOW :

Race 2 Number 2 TERRA FIRMA : Ran a solid second on debut and won’t take long to win.

Race 3 Number 2 SUNSET VANADIUM : Found a lot of interference before running on to finish third, deserves some luck.
