PREDATOR GUNDI (Oaks Road-What A Hoot) ended a losing sequence of 7 when he found the front and defeated Woodbury Grace by 1 1/2 lengths in 16.25. The Melissa Polinelli trained dog had been racing without luck and would give owner Geoff Reid a timely boost.

BOUJEE DELUSIONS (Tommy Shelby-Lady Minx) led throughout on debut for trainer Margaret Hepple defeating Jungle Deluxe by 2 lengths in 22.27. The black dog doesn’t turn two years of age until January and his win followed up a narrow qualifying trial win the previous week.

NAUGHTY EVIE ( Bernardo-Ritza Millie) ran home strongly to claim the leader Electra Starr on the line, winning by a half head in 30.41. The Shayne Williams trained bitch had been placed 2 of her 4 runs in WA since coming across from NSW before her Maiden victory.
