“Saluting Craig wins again for Jesse Erenshaw”

Handy young sprinter Saluting Craig was strongly supported into a $1.80 fixed odds favourite in tonight’s 300m Free Entry TABtouch Park Country Class Novice. The son of Hooked On Scotch began nicely and took an early lead before dashing clear in the home straight and winning by three lengths. Consistent short-courser Roamin’ Around railed home strongly for second and a nose away third was the fast finishing Mystic Pixel. Saluting Craig recorded 17.44, a time just 0.01 outside of the PB he posted last month. He is raced by Kayla Erenshaw and has now won 3 of 12 career starts, all of which have resulted over 300m at Mandurah.
