“Jaffa’s Monelli wins for David Hobby”

Highly talented chaser Jaffa’s Monelli overcame box six to win tonight’s Tommy Shelby At Stud Provincial Novice over 400m. The son of Hooked On Scotch improved at box rise and looked very strong late, winning by five lengths over Origin Blue. Another five lengths astern in third position was Go Gettem Whoopi. Jaffa’s Monelli is out of freak staying bitch Flake Monelli who has produced some mighty fine chasers in the past including Crumble Monelli (34 wins), Pudding Monelli (18 wins), Custard Monelli (16 wins), Pecorino Monelli (13 wins) and Waffles Monelli (11 wins). Flake Monelli won 30 of 52 herself for David Hobby, winning over distances ranging from 490m to 715m.

HOUNDS TO FOLLOW :

Race 1 Number 6 CRACKER DUST : Has always shown lots of talent and flew home to win impressively after a poor getaway.

Race 3 Number 2 KENTISH LASS : Gave a cheeky sight when a close up third at her 652m debut.
