“Not Atrocious leads all the way for Fran Farrell”

Harvey based trainer Fran Farrell won tonight’s All Torque Engineering Provincial Novice over 488m with fast beginner Not Atrocious. Farrell trained the first winner Incredible Mouse and an hour later achieved the double with Not Atrocious. She ran second to Affiliated last week and justifiably started a second favourite to the same greyhound tonight. However after a fast getaway Not Atrocious quickly set up a buffer of three lengths and maintained it throughout, scoring in 28.03 on a slow track. 33/1 outsider West On Onyx worked home stylishly for second and Affiliated finished third. Not Atrocious broke a losing sequence of 18 and has been beginning nicely on a consistent basis.

HOUNDS TO FOLLOW :

Race 3 Number 4 RUSTY ROCKET : Made it 2 from 2 in sloppy conditions.

Race 5 Number 4 OUR BENSON : Showed tenacity to boot up and hold the rail before winning his seventeenth race.
