BEZZECCHI (Bernardo-Starlight Yoyo) ran down the leader Mailata in the straight to score a neck win in the final of the Winter Cup in a thrilling race. The Paul Stuart trained dog enjoyed a beautiful run through along the fence entering the back straight with the race favourite West On Sidney on his tail. The brilliant chaser won by a neck over Mailata in 29.57 and took his stake earnings to nearly $200,000.
