“Yunderup Sky breaks a losing sequence of 43 for Michael Rylands”

Slow beginner Yunderup Sky relished box one tonight when he settled closer than usual over 400m. The Michael Rylands prepared chaser turns four years old this month and when he settled fourth at the first turn he was always going to be hard to hold out. Cut Model set the pace from box eight but was joined by Yunderup Sky at the top of the front straight. Yunderup Sky proceeded to dash to the front and win by half a length in 22.81. Cut Model was the runner up and two lengths away third was All Grunt. Yunderup Sky broke a long losing sequence of 43 and given his age should soon be racing in and winning Tuesday night Masters events.
