“Osprey Wizard wins another 300m FFA”

Ultra consistent short-courser Osprey Wizard chalked up his twelfth victory tonight over the 300m distance. The son of Fernando Bale hit the lead at the top of the straight before defeating kennel-mate Sure Oliver by just under a length. Race favourite Ned was close up in third position after missing the start from box one. Osprey Wizard is raced by the Champagne Syndicate and is trained out of Nambeelup by Damien Crudeli. The 33kg black and white dog has now started 22 times over 300m for 12 wins and 8 minor placings.
