“Oliver Gundi wins again for Geoff Reid”

Honest chaser Oliver Gundi proved last Thursday’s victory over 488m was no fluke when he made every post a winner from box one. The Geoff Reid prepared chaser overcame box eight last week to score in 27.85 and repeated the dose tonight with an all the way win in 27.80. The son of My Redeemer has drawn boxes 4, 6, 5, 6, 6 and 8 at his last six starts and relished wearing the red vest tonight. He jumped straight to the front and when interference occurred behind him as the field entered the back straight all he had to do was aim straight. His winning margin was two lengths over Sophie Keeping and a length away third was Jamarra. Oliver Gundi has now won 7 of 58 for Crossman based trained Geoff Reid who breeds and races all of the Gundi greyhounds.
