“Joe Pickett scores over 381m for David Whitcher”

Joe Pickett was strongly supported (into $2.30 favouritism) despite drawing box five in tonight’s All Torque Engineering Country Novice over 381m. The son of Beast Unleashed began moderately but was able to push into third position after 100m. He then railed to victory, reeling in leader Claire Keeping to win by two lengths in 22.05. Send It Ari was close up in third position ahead of Roamin’ Around. Joe Pickett is prepared out of Camillo by David Whitcher and has now won 2 of his 14 career starts.

HOUNDS TO FOLLOW :

Race 2 Number 5 NOT MUCH KUNA : Missed the kick before running on boldly to salvage third placing.

Race 3 Number 3 PATRIOT LYNDON : Had excuses and is ready to win.
