“Sunset Ali beats a quality field over 400m for David Hobby”

Mandurah track specialist Sunset Ali was well backed from box 8 to win tonight’s Sires On Ice Provincial 4 over 400m. The speedster began only moderately but used the wide draw to zoom around his rivals and win in impressive fashion by two lengths (in 22.43). Kennel-mate Halloumi Monelli battled on well for a solid second after leading and a length away third was Artisan Artist. Sunset Ali is from an excellent litter that includes Sunset Frazier (16 wins), Sunset Pepe (13 wins), Sunset Tyson (10 wins) and Sunset Pacquiao (10 wins). This evening’s victory took Sunset Ali’s record to 27 starts for 10 wins and 12 minor placings.

HOUNDS TO FOLLOW :
