“Sunset Viper improves sharply for David Hobby”

Nicely bred youngster Sunset Viper began a lot faster tonight from box seven when he led throughout to win over 400m. A quality field of novices were assembled in the KCR Pet Transport sponsored event but after a fast exit and a quick first section of 6.29 Sunset Viper found the lead. He sailed away to score by three lengths and clocked a new PB of 22.43 for David Hobby. Outsider Stylish In Black ran second for Diane Carmody and the Kody Charles trained Tick Tick Tick finished third. Sunset Viper had only managed 1 win and 1 third from his first 8 starts but will have gained plenty of confidence from tonight’s all the way win.

Race 2 Number 1 OHANA RANADI : Led throughout to make it 2 wins from 2 starts in WA.

Race 4 Number 7 WEST ON MILEY : Worked hard from the wide draw to take the lead in the middle stages and win by four lengths.
