“Queue Khan wins brilliantly on debut”

First starter Queue Khan put up a mighty effort to win tonight for Lexia based trainer Margaret Hepple. The son of SA based sire Worm Burner began cleanly and was second at the first turn before accelerating to the front in the back straight. He zoomed away before holding on late to score by a length in 22.05. Wings Of Hope made up ground at the death to be the runner up and another two lengths away third was Shades Of Kuna. Queue Khan is from the second litter of terrific race bitch Jump The Queue who was a winner of 19 races and earned over $79,000. Jump The Queue’s first litter produced La Que (14 wins), Zanzique (14 wins), Harkle (5 wins) and Que Pasa (5 wins).

HOUNDS TO FOLLOW :

Race 7 Number 5 ZIPPING DAN : Handled the rise to 520m and scored by 3.50 lengths.
