Evergreen chaser Akachi made every post a winner in tonight’s opening event the Free Entry TABtouch Park Mixed 5/6 over 302m. The seasoned performer won her previous outing over 405m when she defeated Dandalup Silver in the handy time of 23.01. Tonight she speared to the front from box three and another win was never in doubt with her dashing away to score easily in 17.42. The Kody Charles trained Boora gold chased her home and the Darren Rowe prepared New World Order finished third. Akachi is a four year old bitch with a name that translates to ‘the hand of god’ in Nigerian. She has now started 127 times for 23 wins and 37 minor placings. Later in the night the Krystal Shinners trained Canya Cruise lowered the 405m track record to 22.14 from box seven.


Race 2 Number 8 WEST ON OLVEE : Overtook some handy types to run second in the 490m Free For All.

Race 3 Number 7 SAUSILITO : Started 100/1 and copped an early bump but battled on strongly for fifth.
