“Light Switch turns it on for Glen Price”

Nicely bred youngster Light Switch overcame box six in tonight’s Free Entry TABtouch Park Maiden to win her first race in the handy time of 17.53. The daughter of Peter Rocket flew to an early lead before scoring by three lengths over Reed Time and Rage On Luka. She finished second at her first two career starts before losing form at her three subsequent runs when squeezed out early and unplaced. Light Switch is owned by the Rod Price managed Prime Racing Syndicate and is prepared by the Nambeelup based Glen Price. He ‘saddles up’ the highly promising No Tax in next Tuesday’s Peel Plate Final over 405m.
